I want to return the product I received from BloomingVale.
You can return the product if:
- You received a physically damaged product.
- You received a wrong product.
A return request has to be made within 7 days from the receipt of your order.
What are the Terms and Conditions for return/ replacement?
- The Products must be in their original condition.
- Brand packaging should be intact.
- The damaged/ wrong product would be replaced with the ordered product.
How do I return the product received from BloomingVale?
Initiation of a return request is easy. If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, simply fill up our Customer Support Form with the order details within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
What if you cannot arrange for a pick up from my location?
The product to be returned will be picked up only from the delivery address. In case we are unable to arrange a pickup of the product from you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount up to Rs. 200.
I have received a physically damaged or tampered product.
If you receive a physically damaged or tampered product or, we request you to fill up our Customer Support Form within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate a replacement of the product as per your request.
I received a wrong product.
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to fill up our Customer Support Form within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint; we will initiate a replacement of the product.
How do I get the refund?
In case of credit card/ debit card/ net-banking payments, the amount is refunded in the same account as you had made payment from within 7-10 working days. If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. One of our customer support associates will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 working days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
I wish to cancel my order.
A request to cancel the order can be made before the product is shipped. You can fill up our Customer Support Form to cancel your order.
How long will it take to cancel my order?
The cancellation process takes about 1-2 business days to complete. The refund process is then. We will intimated you once cancellation is complete.
What about refund after cancellation?
We take anywhere from 7-10 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.
